I stepped on the scales this evening and found that; with no real surprise, I had gained mass over the Winter Solstice holidays. While I appreciate the chocolate goodies that the old man in the red suit left under my tree, they will need to be set aside for now. I need to make sure I watch my caloric intake and have healthy meals. My evening meal today was flounder with a side of asparagus. The flounder was very lightly breaded and fried in coconut oil; the healthiest of oils to use. Seasoning was just a bit of ground black pepper.
